FormPics is built and operated by D&M Business Solutions, LLC. It is an independent application built on the Smartsheet developer platform.
FormPics solves a specific problem: when a Smartsheet form is submitted with photos attached, those photos land in an attachment list — not in your row's picture columns. FormPics detects new form submissions in real time, reads the attached photos, and moves them into the designated picture column cells you configure. The result is that every photo shows up exactly where it needs to be — in reports, in Document Builder PDFs, and in your row view — with no manual work.
FormPics does not modify any data other than the picture column cells you explicitly configure. It does not access sheets, workspaces, or data outside the scope you authorize. It does not store your Smartsheet data beyond what is needed for processing.
FormPics requires an active Smartsheet subscription (purchased separately from Smartsheet Inc.). It is not a replacement for or a part of Smartsheet.
